Using Touchless library in Android

I am very excited about the Touchless library . And want to implement in Android(using device Camera). Checked many SDKs/APIs in Android, but nothing found equivalent to above which is implemented in C# above. Can I use above C# Library in Android using Monodroid. Is this will work?

If there are equivalent libraries available for developing Touchless applications in Android??
